How to download Music?

Getting music from a digital source and into your computer is pretty easy if you know your options. It is, however, complicated business when you consider copyright, quality and computer security issues. Here's an overview of your choices with these concerns in mind.

Steps

Create a folder for your music. Most computers have a folder already designated for this purpose. Make sure this folder isn't shared (unless you want it to be). See Warnings below.
Record what you hear. If you listen to Internet radio stations or any other kind of music playing on the Internet, you can use a program to record what you hear. The drawback is that the resulting music will be low-quality in comparison to what you can get from a CD or paid download. Look for promotional downloads. Check artists' websites--sometimes there are downloads available for free. Conduct an Internet search for "promo" and "download" and a specific artist's name, or a certain kind of music.
Purchase MP3/electronic albums. There are several sites which sell digital albums and singles, such as iTunes and Amazon.
If you have a portable MP3 player, make sure that it is compatible with the download site. In most cases, it's possible to overcome this, but it can be a complicated process that you might want to avoid.
You can also burn songs onto CDs--in this case, format isn't as critical.
Pricing schemes vary. Some sites requires a subscription, others don't. There can also be different prices for listening to a song and actually downloading it. Some sites offer a free trial period.
Investigate peer-to-peer (P2P) downloading programs (like Limewire and Kazaa). These programs involve sharing files with people you don't know, and this form of sharing is riddled with controversy over copyright restrictions. In addition, the quality of music you download may be inconsistent, and there's always the possibility of viruses. Torrent file sharing has similar issues, although the way in which the music is downloaded is slightly different, with the download broken up into pieces coming from several different sources rather than just one.

Tips

MP3 is the predominant digital music format, but WMA and AAC files are beginning to gain ground.

Warnings

Sharing your downloaded music with any other individual, whether you make any money off it or not, is considered to violate copyright law under most jurisdictions.

How to tie a tie?

Have you tried to tie a tie, only to end up with a tangled mess in your hands? Starting with these step-by-step instructions for a simple, four-in-hand knot; a sharp-looking tie; a mirror; and some patience, you can become proficient at tying your tie for maximum class, professionalism, and style.

Steps

Stand in front of the mirror with your collar up, your shirt buttoned all the way to the top, and the tie around your neck. The thick end of the tie should be on the side of your dominant hand. So if you're right-handed, the wider end should be hanging on your right side.

Spot the seamLook for a seam on the front of the narrow end of the tie.

Crossed at the seamMove the thick end over the narrow end so they cross each other on the seam.
Pull the thick end behind the narrow end, bring it around, and lay it over the narrow end again.

Behind the narrow end...

...and over
Repeat. Wrap the thick end around the narrow end once more, just as described in the previous step.

Behind the knot, through the loopPull the thick end of the tie all the way through the loop around your neck.
Pull the thick end down through the knot.

Tighten the knot by sliding it up the narrow end. Make sure your tie is straight and the length is appropriate.

The Cricket All Rounders

Having tackled the openers and the middle-order kings, here are the terrific ten who most definitely ‘can bat, can bowl’ – the Hall of Fame all-rounders.

Richie BenaudTests: Highest Rating 532 (1959), Highest Ranking 1st (1957-1960). 53 matches at number 1He may best be known as the doyen of television commentators, but in his time he was a fantastic captain, not to mention a superb all-rounder. His bowling was good enough to give him the Australian Test record for wickets when he retired, as well as a brief week-long stay on top of the bowling tree in 1959. With the bat in his hand he smashed a 78-minute Test century at Kingston in 1955 and peaked at number 13 four years later.

Ian BothamTests: Highest Rating 646 (1980), Highest Ranking 1st (1978-1984). 120 matches at number 1ODIs: Highest Rating 469 (1983), Highest Ranking 1st (1980). 4 matches at number 1For a five-year period from 1978 to 1983 he truly dominated the world game, spending a large proportion of that time on top of the Bowling charts as well as the all-rounder list. His batting wasn’t bad either, peaking at 811 batting points after his double-century against India at the Oval in 1982, which put him third behind only Viv Richards and Allan Border. He was less effective in One-day cricket, but still managed to muscle Greg Chappell out of top spot for a six-month period in 1980.

Kapil Dev Tests: Highest Rating 433 (1981), Highest Ranking 1st (1992-1994). 73 matches at number 1ODIs: Highest Rating 632 (1985), Highest Ranking 1st (1983-1994). 655 matches at number 1No-one has come close to Kapil’s 655 matches on top of the ODI all-rounder list – his nearest challenger is Jacques Kallis some two hundred matches behind him. In addition, his 632 points has never been bettered – indeed no-one else has reached higher than 569. He was the leading Test wicket-taker on his retirement and managed a lengthy spell on top in the longer form of the game late in his career, despite his home pitches rarely giving him the same help they gave his spinning colleagues.

WG Grace Tests: Highest Rating 207 (1890), Highest Ranking 3rd (1892)He was a true colossus of the game, and is so even now nearly a century after his death. The scorer of England’s first Test century spent two matches on top of the batting world way back in 1880, and for most of his career he was one of the most recognisable faces in the country. However, his bowling was little-used in his Test career and he ended with only nine wickets in his twenty-two Tests. His career record of 54,896 runs and 2,876 first-class wickets over the course of 44 seasons has stood the test of time and the combination of both have not been threatened by any all-rounder since his day,

Richard HadleeTests: Highest Rating 483 (1987), Highest Ranking 1st (1984-1989). 133 matches at number 1ODIs: Highest Rating 471 (1986), Highest Ranking 1st (1983). 10 matches at number 1Hadlee’s career ended in such a peak of form that in his last 39 Tests, his bowling Rating never dropped below 862. Without the presence of Malcolm Marshall at exactly the same time, he surely would have spent more than his 127 matches as the top Test bowler. His bowling was his stronger suit but he did manage to reach the top ten in the ODI batting charts early in his career, before reaching the top spot in the bowling table in 1983 and not moving far from there until his retirement seven years later.

Imran KhanTests: Highest Rating 518 (1983), Highest Ranking 1st (1983-1992). 104 matches at number 1ODIs: Highest Rating 480 (1983), Highest Ranking 1st (1990). 1 match at number 1Only two men have ever reached higher Test bowling Ratings than Imran’s 922 which he achieved after his forty wickets in the 1982/83 series with deadly rivals India. Having debuted in 1971 his bowling peaked once he had matured, but his highest Batting Rating was achieved the month before his retirement. Arguably most famous for captaining Pakistan to their World Cup win, his brief stay as the number one all-rounder in One Day Internationals lasted just two days.

Keith MillerTests: Highest Rating 573 (1952), Highest Ranking 1st (1947-1956). 134 matches at number 1Having been taught maths at school by former Australian captain Bill Woodfull, he was surely destined for greatness. Only two men have spent more matches rated as the number one Test all-rounder than Miller, and his all-round skills dominated the decade following the Second World War. His powerful hitting enabled him to reach the world’s top ten batsmen in 1952, and he actually topped the bowling chart for the two matches which immediately preceded ‘Laker’s match’ in the summer of 1956.

Wilfred RhodesTests: Highest Rating 309 (1913), Highest Ranking 2nd (1905).His slow left-arm spin took him to the top of the bowling pack early in his career after he took fifteen Australian wickets at Melbourne in early 1904. From then on it was his batting which took over and he shares England’s first-wicket Ashes record partnership with Jack Hobbs – also set at Melbourne. That innings helped him to reach number four in the world just before the outbreak of the First World War. He had a record 31-year Test career and his 4187 first-class wickets will never be beaten.

Garry SobersTests: Highest Rating 669 (1966), Highest Ranking 1st (1962-1974). 213 matches at number 1Once he took over from Alan Davidson in 1962 no-one managed to dislodge him from the number one spot for all-rounders until his final Test twelve years later. He spent a further 189 matches at the top of the batting tree and for the last decade of his career, he only spent one match outside the top ten bowlers. It is easy to understand why he was the dominant force in world cricket for so long and his peak all-rounder Rating of 669 is the best-ever.

Frank WoolleyTests: Highest Rating 349 (1913), Highest Ranking 1st (1930). 6 matches at number 1Only Jack Hobbs scored more first-class runs than Woolley, but the Kent left-hander also managed to take more than two thousand wickets and over a thousand catches. Both his batting and bowling were good enough on their own to take him into the top three for each skill at various points of his career. However, he finally reached the top spot for all-rounders at the age of 42 after taking nine wickets at Wellington during England’s tour of New Zealand in 1930.

Who is Osama Bin Laden

Considered the world's foremost terrorist, Osama bin Laden is the leader of a terrorist organization known as Al-Qaeda, or "The Base." Bin Laden is the alleged perpetrator of the Sept. 11, 2001, attacks that destroyed the World Trade Center, damaged part of the Pentagon, and resulted in a plane crash in Pennsylvania. At first he denied involvement in the attacks, referring to them, through an aid, as "punishment from Allah." In recent years he has taken responsibility for "inspiring" the events of Sept. 11, 2001. Bin Laden has been implicated in a string of deadly attacks on the United States and its allies: the 1993 World Trade Center bombing; the 1998 bombings at the U.S. embassies in Kenya and Tanzania that killed more than 200; and the 2000 bombing of the USS Cole in Yemen. Bin Laden also claims responsibility for a 1993 gunfight that killed 18 U.S. troops in Somalia and the 1996 bombing of the Khobar military complex in Saudi Arabia that left 19 U.S. soldiers dead.
Born with a Silver Spoon
Bin Laden was born in Saudi Arabia around 1957 to a father of Yemeni origins and a Syrian mother. His father, Mohammed bin Laden, founded a construction company and with royal patronage became a billionaire. The company's connections won it such important commissions as rebuilding mosques in the holy cities of Mecca and Medina. Mohammed bin Laden took numerous wives and fathered about 50 children. Osama was either the 17th son, or the 25th son, depending on various reports. Regardless, in a society where status within a family is highly important, bin Laden would have been of relatively low rank. Bin Laden studied management and economics at King Abdul Aziz University in Jedda, Saudi Arabia, coming under the influence of religious teachers who introduced him to the wider world of Islamic politics.

The 1979 Soviet invasion of Afghanistan galvanized bin Laden. He supported the Afghan resistance, which became a jihad, or holy war. Ironically, the U.S. became a major supporter of the Afghan resistance, or mujahideen, working with Saudi Arabia and Pakistan to set up Islamic schools in Pakistan for Afghan refugees. These schools later evolved into virtual training centers for Islamic radicals. By the mid-1980s, bin Laden had moved to Afghanistan, where he established an organization, Maktab al-Khidimat (MAK), to recruit Islamic soldiers from around the world who later form the basis of an international network. The MAK maintained recruiting offices in Detroit and Brooklyn in the 1980s. The Taliban, the former rulers of Afghanistan, arose from the religious schools set up during the mujahideen's war against the Soviet invasion. After the Soviet army withdrew in 1989, fighting erupted among mujahideen factions. In response to the chaos, the fundamentalist Taliban was formed and within two years it captured most of the country. The Taliban gave bin Laden sanctuary in 1996.

After the Soviet withdrawal in 1989, bin Laden returned to Saudi Arabia and worked in his family's construction business. He founded an organization to help veterans of the Afghan war, many of whom went on to fight in Bosnia, Chechnya, Somalia, and the Philippines. Scholars have suggested these loosely connected bands of seasoned soldiers, ready to fight for Islamic causes, form the basis of bin Laden's current support. In 1990, in response to the Iraqi invasion of Kuwait, the Saudi government allowed American troops to be stationed in Saudi Arabia. Bin Laden was incensed that non-believers (American soldiers) were stationed in the birthplace of Islam. He also charged the Saudi regime with deviating from true Islam. Bin Laden was expelled from Saudi Arabia in 1991 because of his anti-government activities. He eventually wound up in Sudan, where he worked with Egyptian radical groups in exile.
Anti-U.S. Attacks
In 1992 bin Laden claimed responsibility for attempting to bomb U.S. soldiers in Yemen and for attacking U.S. troops in Somalia the following year. In 1994 pressure from the U.S. and Saudi Arabia prompted Sudan to expel bin Laden, and he returned to Afghanistan. In 1998 bin Laden called for all Americans and Jews, including children, to be killed. He has since been accused of increasing his terrorist activities, such as the 1998 bombings at the U.S. embassies in Kenya and Tanzania. The date, Aug. 7, was the anniversary of the deployment of U.S. troops to Saudi Arabia. U.S. cruise missile attacks against targets in the Sudan and Afghanistan in Aug. 1998 are not believed to have seriously hampered bin Laden's network. Bin Laden continues to call for the destruction of the U.S., Israel, and the Saudi monarchy, stating that with these obstacles removed, Islam's three holiest sites, Mecca, Medina, and Jerusalem, would then be liberated.
International Terrorist Network
Yet, even as he is reviled in the West, bin Laden is a hero in parts of the Islamic world, according to intelligence reports. His organization is called al-Qaeda, "the Base," and has approximately 3,000 followers, which he funds with his estimated $250 million fortune. Experts have said that bin Laden could represent a new trend in terrorism—privatization. Until his emergence, most large-scale terrorist organizations are believed to have been connected to governments. With his money and disciplined followers, however, bin Laden is believed to have the ability to launch even more devastating terrorist attacks. He has not denied that he is seeking nuclear or chemical weapons, saying that it is a religious duty to defend Islam. Bin Laden has been disowned by most of his family, including a brother, Sheik Bakr Mohammed bin Laden, who has established scholarship funds at Harvard Law School, and the Harvard School of Design. In 1991 his Saudi citizenship was revoked.
Wanted: Dead or Alive
After the Sept. 11 attacks, the U.S. issued an ultimatum to Taliban-ruled Afghanistan to turn over bin Laden—this was just the last of several such demands made by the U.S. and the UN after bin Laden was implicated in the 1998 U.S. embassy bombings in East Africa (the U.S. also responded then by launching retaliatory missile attacks on Sudan and an al-Qaeda training camp in Afghanistan). Binding their fate to bin Laden's, the Taliban became the target of air strikes by the U.S. and Britain beginning in October 2002 that swiftly toppled the regime within two months. But Bin Laden, the object of the military campaign in Afghanistan, remained at large. He was believed to have fled to the mountainous region of Tora Bora, but the heavy U.S. bombing campaign that followed failed to vanquish him. Since the attacks, Bin Laden has released several video tapes broadcast on Qatar's Al Jazeera network, the first of which praised the Sept. 11 hijackers, but stopped just short of claiming responsibility for them. In subsequent tapes, he threatened that more attacks against "the infidel" will occur and warned that "America will not live in peace." Bin Laden's whereabouts remain elusive, but he is thought to be somewhere in Afghanistan or Pakistan. The FBI has placed a $25 million bounty upon his head.

What is Terrorism?

Terrorism is the systematic use of terror especially as a means of coercion. At present, there is no internationally agreed definition of terrorism. Common definitions of terrorism refer only to those acts which are intended to create fear (terror), are perpetrated for an ideological goal (as opposed to a lone attack), and deliberately target or disregard the safety of non-combatants.
Some definitions also include acts of
unlawful violence and war. The history of terrorist organizations suggests that they do not select terrorism for its political effectiveness. Individual terrorists tend to be motivated more by a desire for social solidarity with other members of their organization than by political platforms or strategic objectives, which are often murky and undefined. The word "terrorism" is politically and emotionally charged, and this greatly compounds the difficulty of providing a precise definition. One 1988 study by the US Army found that over 100 definitions of the word "terrorism" have been used. A person who practices terrorism is a terrorist. The concept of terrorism is itself controversial because it is often used by states to delegitimize political opponents, and thus legitimize the state's own use of terror against those opponents.
Terrorism has been used by a broad array of political organizations in furthering their objectives; both right-wing and left-wing political parties,
nationalistic, and religious groups, revolutionaries and ruling governments. The presence of non-state actors in widespread armed conflict has created controversy regarding the application of the laws of war.
While acts of terrorism are criminal acts as per the
United Nations Security Council Resolution 1373 and domestic jurisprudence of almost all countries in the world, terrorism refers to a phenomenon including the actual acts, the perpetrators of acts of terrorism and their motives.

How can I increase my typing speed?

Obviously you already know where to put your fingers on a qwerty keyboard, so software is not what you need. Just set up some exercises with a stopwatch or timer. Compose some paragraphs, count the words or keystrokes or whatever, and decide what would be satisfactory for you to fit into one minute. Then start speed practicing until you nail it in one minute w no errors. Make sure you use at least a small variety of compositions that include making use of every key, numbers, shifts, punctuation too.

What do you do when you think you're in love with your best friend?

You ask them out on a date.If they are curious, they may say yes.If they aren't, at least the two of you have something to laugh about. If they are straight, you get to not take it personally. Its much easier to be straightforward (no pun intended) about this. And with your family, fly under the radar.

Whay Obama is good for everyone

Good For Blacks
Obviously, for black folks, Obama becomes an incredible point of inspiration, particularly for the older generation and the younger kids. The older generation of blacks who lived through the civil rights era can see a miracle happen in their lifetime -- from riding the back of the bus, being sprayed down with water hoses, and trampled by horses, to watching a man of color assume the leadership of the most powerful country in the world.
And for the younger generation who have yet to graduate from grade school, there will beno more excuses about what a black man can't do in America. Once Senator Obamabecomes president, all excuses from young black men are done with. And every black parent in American could rightfully say, "You see that, Darnell. If you work hard and do what you're supposed to do in school, you can even become the president." And then they can turn on the TV, flip through the newspapers and magazines, or listen to the local radio stations for proof.
Good For Whites
But it's not just blacks who benefit. For hard-working American white folks, Senator Obama would be a constant wake up call that there's no more privilege for white skin in America. That nonsense stopped a long time ago actually, but too many white folks have continued to hold onto racism as their only means of pride in this country. They tell each other "At least we ain't black."
Well, I got some hard news for these white Americans. You may not be black, but if you believe that you can still work for the good-old American factories, with no education, no ambition, and remain employed there for forty-something years, while expecting aretirement fund when you turn 65, you better wake up and smell the coffee fast. And choosing a 72-year-old white man to help you continue to feel comfortable in your white skin, while holding on to a dying illusions of the old-boy network is not going to help you, your kids, or your grandkids prepare for the reality of the new world.
Rich white folks don't care about you. They fire you on the spot, give your jobs to factories overseas, pay themselves billions of dollars in executive salaries, and they're now busy lining up to capitalize on your foreclosed homes. And they're bragging about it too! Right in your face. So think about that for a minute.
Good For Latinos
For Latinos, I know you guys just wanna get along and become true blue Americans. So I can't blame you for not lining up with us forever-complaining black folks. After all, you guys were not dragged into this country in chains for free slave labor; you traveled here on your own free will. But at the end of the day, once I had a chance to think about it, I'd tell my Mexican kids, "You know what, if a black man can become president of United States of America, then how long will it take before we can get one of you boys ready to run? You hear me, Eduardo. We gotta start making some bigger plans than just working on Mr. Charlie's landscaping business. We gotta start thinking about owning the company." And you know what, siding with another old white man will not get you any closer to where you need to go.
So if I'm a deal-making Latino, I would tell that young man of color, "Okay, Obama, if we give you our votes, here's what we want back in exchange . . ." And I would remind him every day of his term in office that Latinos helped him to become the president, while preparing my own boys to run for president next. But if you stand pact with someone else, then expect to keep getting what you've been getting; low-paying labor, field, and construction jobs, along with academic double talk, old English slander, and threats to return your relatives across the border.
Good For Women
For American women, I like Senator Hillary Rodham Clinton too. She's always been a tough woman, since the moment she first stepped foot into the White House nearly two decades ago. In fact, I actually thought that I would be voting for her as the first woman president. But the reality is, Obama created more momentum than Hillary. By the time she finally found her groove, it seemed that her politics were telling white Americans to "side with me and I'll hook you up when I get in."
Nevertheless, nobody's perfect. Hillary was doing whatever she could to win, so I forgive her for her final desperation. But here's the deal now. Similar to Latinos, the election of a man of color gets women a lot closer to the next election. So if I'm a deal-making woman, I'd tell my daughters, "That all right, Susan. Hillary didn't get in this time. But if there is no longer an immediate assumption of a white man claiming the lead position of power, then part of that glass ceiling that we've been fighting so hard to crack has been broken, and we're definitely up next. So get yourself prepared to run." But if you vote for a 72-year old white man, who is obviously Gung-ho about war, then what do you tell your daughters then?
Good For The Rich?
For the American rich, Senator Obama gives you an opportunity to show your patriotism and humanity. I also understand that you have an American right to protect what you've earned. Nevertheless, there comes a time when a rich man or woman must begin to think about contributing to the inspiration of his or her nation. How can you call yourself proud to be an American, and then read about hundreds of thousands of citizens who are losing their jobs, their homes, their health insurance, their hope, their confidence, and their can-do spirits, while you complain about a loss of some of your eight-figure income to increased taxation?
If you have a surplus of money, then allow yourself to help your country to get back on its feet. So yes, Senator Obama is good for you guys too, to challenge your loyalty to the betterment of your country. And if you're so concerned about his beliefs and policies, then call his office and schedule a sit down meeting with him. It's time to negotiate.
Good For The Young
For the young, Senator Obama makes all the sense in the world. It's a new world, baby, one with all hues of people. That's the real melting pot; white, black Latino, Asian, Indian, and all mixtures in between. The young understand that, and they're perfectly comfortable with it. And if you think for a minute that they still are uninterested in voting, you will soon find out in a couple of months. Obama has given the next generation of voters a real voice.
They can actually help to make the changes that he believes in. And for young people, change is normal. So if Senator Obama wins with their votes, you can count on that generation to keep on voting. And from his election on, no candidate can assume that he or she can pass over the American youth as apathetic.
So again, Obama is good for us all. We must all continue to treat our nation as a living organism of fresh energy. Otherwise, why even go through all of the hoopla of electing new officials? We could just elect one president until he or she dies in office before we move on to the next one. The expectation of, and the need for, change is the way that our American system was established in the first place. And it was done to protect ourselves from tyranny.
Good For The World
Internationally, other countries are thrilled about Obama. And yes, he would immediately become one of the most popular leaders in the world. Is that a bad thing? In my years of experience in viewing leaders, charismatic and inspirational people have been able to get a lot more accomplished than those who are not.
Sure the job would place a hell of a lot of pressure on him to perform. Well, tough cookie. He asked for it. And if you're the number #1 draft pick, then that's how it should be. But he doesn't seem afraid of the position at all. He seems quite natural for it. We all have to admit that. And we can talk about his lack of experience all we want.
But Senator McCain has not had any presidential experience either. And we have no idea what he's really going to do in office. But I can tell you this; the world won't be as excited about McCain. And I honestly have nothing against him personally, I just recognize the power of momentum when it's right there in front of me. And Senator McCain has none.
Does that mean that McCain would be a miserable president? No. But it does mean that the world would not pay as much attention to him. And with the state of our economy right now, we can't afford to be ignored.
Popular leaders get people excited. And when people get excited, they feel more confident. And when people feel more confident, good things happen. And when good things happen, we all benefit from the positive energy.
Even Good For The Media
And the media, well, you don't have to guess who they would love to cover. Senator Obama would sell more newspapers, more TV time, more magazines, more radio talk, more web site blogs, and every other news medium that you could imagine. And there's nothing that Senator McCain can do about that. This is not even politics, this is pure personality. And when you have to chose one or the other, you go with the stronger choice.
In my book, this choice is no competition. If Obama were a 46-year-old white man, with the same charisma and eloquence, like a young Bill Clinton or a young John Kennedy, he wouldbecome the president like they did. So don't be fooled by all this talk about his youth and inexperience and his blah-blah-blah.
The fact is, the nation's hesitation with his election is all about the color of his skin, and thereality of his heritage. But if Obama is good for business, and good business keeps America healthy and strong, then this presidential election looks like an easy decision.

Metro in Delhi=Taj Mahal

Yes, its true. Delhi Metro is not less than Taj Mahal because it has made the transportation strong and it will be a great attraction at Commenwealth Games 2010 that has to be held at New Delhi. Sheila Dixit has done a great job and Metro is one of the reason for her win in Delhi Chief Minister Elections. Like Kolkata and Delhi, Metro can take place also at Mumbai. Mumbai Metro is constructing a metro line which will start from Bandra.

How do you deal with dentophobia?

I have a confession to make: I’m terrified of the dentist. I know that’s not a terribly original phobia, but it’s very real. It hasn’t always been this way-as a kid, I had no problem going in for regular checkups and the occasional dental procedure. In fact, I almost looked forward to the visit, knowing that I’d be coming home with some cool dental swag like a chintzy plastic toy, a new toothbrush, or those cool tablets that turn your teeth red, illuminating the spots where your brushing missed the mark. Even as a young adult, my dentist visits were frequent and stress-free-that is, until about seven years ago after my regular dentist sent me to an oral surgeon to have a tooth removed.
I, unfortunately, had a somewhat confusing and traumatic experience with this surgeon which has colored my impression of dentists ever since. The procedure required me to be under an anesthetic, and upon waking, I couldn’t shake the feeling that he had been much more aggressive and careless than was called for. I was obviously groggy from the anesthetic, but truly felt as though I had been brutalized or violated somehow.
After leaving his office, I broke down and cried uncontrollably in the elevator, which is fairly out-of-character for me. I tried to convince myself that it was simply an effect of the drugs and had imagined it, but the experience lingered over the next few days. I didn’t have any sort of concrete proof with which to confront the surgeon, but I did call my regular dentist to tell him of the experience. He confessed that two other patients had complained about this oral surgeon in recent weeks and they would no longer be referring patients to his practice. I followed up about a year later and learned that the surgeon was no longer practicing.
I realize that this was not a typical experience for most people and that the majority of dental practitioners operate with skill and integrity, but since then, I’ve shamelessly shirked my dental duties. I’m embarrassed to admit that I’ve only been to the dentist twice since moving to NYC, both for emergencies. I’m seriously overdue for a checkup and a teeth cleaning, but I’m having a hard time taking the next step.
Answers users: I need your help. How do you find a dentist that you trust? I know referral services like 1-800-DENTIST claim to help, but that seems about as reliable as throwing a dart at the phone book. And once I find a dentist, how do I get over the debilitating fear and anxiety of actually making an appointment?
What advice can you share with me and my ailing smile?

What does Bhootni Ke mean?

Bhoot means ghost and bhootni is a female ghost. But In india, ghosts are percieved as being black in colour. Therefore, when some one who was very dark in complexion and did something inappropriate, offensive or disturbing to his entourage, he was condemned by being called "bhootni kay". But now it is not only applied to dark skinned people, it has rather become a profane remark to any one who is being mischievous.

How to impress a girl?

Steps

Be well-groomed. Brush your teeth, floss, shower, wash your hair, and apply acne medicine (if you have a problem with your skin) daily. Don't wear your pants off your butt, often called "sagging", it's not that attractive to the majority of girls. This is essential if you are even going to approach an attractive girl. Wear clean, attractive clothes (if in doubt, get an older sister or close female friend to help you in this department).Don't wear skin tight clothes either.
Have a great attitude. Be fun to hang around with, easy to laugh with, and be outgoing. Just don't be full of yourself. Don't try to impress everyone - girls like humble guys. At the same time, a sense of humor is always a plus.
Show respect. If you respect everyone and give them their space, they'll all respect you. With girls, it works even better. If they see you respecting everyone, and not getting pushed around while you're at it, they will be reassured that you will treat them right. Be kind to all.
Have good conversations. Don't talk about how you beat the King Black Dragon in Runescape... unless you know them well enough that you know they are at least semi-interested (otherwise, it's just a big jumble to her). Try to aim for you both to be speaking 50% of the time, but make sure that you are saying something worthwhile; it's not attractive when only one person talks endlessly.
Show interest in her - let her talk. The #1 mistake when talking to a girl is focusing on yourself. Girls are way more comfortable when they talk about common interests. Ask about their interests, hobbies, favorite books, music, etc. but not in that stalker kind of way. If she asks you a question, answer it in a few, short sentences and then redirect the question back at her. This engages her in the conversation. When in doubt, compliment her.
Try flirting! If you both make eye contact, do not be the one to look away, but do not stare for too long. When you both make eye contact, just give a slight smile. She may look away and she might blush a little. Be careful though; you don't want to stare her down. A good move is to look away, and if she likes you she will shoot you glances. Watch for that. And be chivalrous. Open doors. Give Gifts. Do kind things. Girls love that.
Respect her friends and their ideas and opinions. Always speak highly of her and never talk trash about her. It will damage her reputation and yours and she'll possibly dump you. Of course, her friends are going to tell her that you trash talked her. Hopefully then it will work both ways - she will be tolerant of your friends. Be careful not to compliment her friends too much, however. Example: You may say "Your friends seem cool. We should hang out with them and my friends some time, I think they'd get along". You may not say "Sally is so hot. She has the nicest eyes".
Have your friends be nice to her It's a fantastic thing when your friends don't make a total fool of you. Warn them ahead of time and avoid topics pertaining to embarrassing moments of your past or awkward jokes that make very little sense.
Be polite to her parents. Be kind to everyone, especially them. Don't be too over-the-top charming with the parents, however, or they'll think that you have something to hide.
Don't criticize her. Unless she asks for constructive criticism. And even then she probably wants you to compliment her.
Be romantic, but not over the top. If you've been dating for a while you may attempt a grand romantic gesture (note: "A while"=a month MINIMUM) otherwise, you'll look like a stalker.
Start talking to her casually. If you don't know her, make friendly conversation. Ask for the time, and/or compliment her watch.
Do not play "hard to get". Sure, you'll get their attention for a day or two then after a while, the girl will end up frustrated or think that you hate her for whatever reason, and she'll think you don't find interest in her anymore. Or if she likes a guy who's like that, her friends might not like you because you're acting like a jerk (this happens way too much).
Be careful with what you say. Remember, Hotty McHotterson is not your pal Lenny. Do not discuss bodily functions in her presence, or make jokes of a sexual nature unless she starts doing so.
Hum a few bars of a song she likes around her. She might think of you whenever she hears that song. And she'll probably be impressed by your good taste in music. Some girls have actually dumped guys or stopped liking guys when they insulted the music they like. So, it's OK not to like her music, but don't be insulting her favorite singer/band! Try to agree with her as much as possible but not so over the top that she knows your not being yourself. Make sure the song is not overtly feminine however. For instance, a Killers song is okay, an Ashley Tisdale song, not so much.
Start an inside joke with her! She will feel included and become closer to you. It also gives you an easy-to-come-up-with conversation starter. Try not to overuse it and kill the joke.
End later meetings with a hug, or plans to meet some other time, if you can.
Do not tell her that you "like her". Ask her out. If she rejects you, all is well. Example: You: "Betty, want to go to dinner on Saturday night?" Betty: "Sorry, I just think of you as a friend" You: "Oh, no offense. A bunch of us were talking about going, and I thought you might like to join us."
Try to get her attentions to your plus and away from minus , but be original !!!
Touch her ocassionally, like on the shoulder or hand.(but be sure to do it in a non-threatening way)!
Opposites attract. Be a courageous gentleman, not coy like a lady might be. Stand up for her

Tips

If you hold a girl around her hips, it will seem like a romantic move for her. Girls LOVE romantic moves. She will feel important, and that someone actually likes her. If she says to stop, stop. Nothing is worse than a girl seeing you as a harrasser. If she acts a little odd, stop. Don't take it personally because some girls just don't know how to act around guys. Do it another day if this happens.
Some girls may be put off by such early outbursts of physical contact - the problem can be solved by spending more time with the girl.
Show sympathy and affection. If the girl you really enjoy being around is sad or hurt, give her a quick hug. Don't just say that you're sorry and you hope she feels better.
If you have braces, glasses and acne... don't be disheartened! Wear contacts, use some Proactiv/Accutane, and voila. Girls put a lot of effort into their appearance, perhaps you should do the same. But don't think just because you have braces, glasses, or acne, that the world is over, sometimes it works! Many people believe that braces are a fashion statement!
Have good posture!
Don't act tough or try to be a thug. This doesn't attract girls.
Don't follow her around everywhere. It automatically gives you a reputation as a stalker, and it will freak her out. Even following her just a little can create a stalker rep., depending on how you act. How you act can determine whether she will actually want you to be around her all the time or if even just seeing your face is too much contact. if you know she sees you as a stalker, lay off because trying to do damage control tends to just worsen your situation, instead try to get a friend of your or of hers to help your issue.
If she just doesn't get that you like her (which most likely won't happen because girls are pretty good at detecting this kind of stuff!) drop hints.
Don't play games. Waiting a few days to call her , showing up a little late to things or anything like that is only proving you are unreliable, a fake and a loser. Likewise, don't tolerate it if she does any of these things to you.
Use correct grammar when texting her or talking to her. If you don't then she will think that you aren't very intelligent and that will turn certain girls off. (E.G. use predictive (T9) text so that you can't spell something wrong in a text, if you're unsure of apostrophes and such just say the full word (e.g. "they're" is "they are", but "their" means a group of peoples' belongings) also if you're not the best at getting this right in conversation then read up on how to speak proper english)
While it's important to connect to her friends, you must avoid coming off as a player. If a girl's friends do not approve of you, this will influence her opinion of you.
Don't be weird around her. NOTE: Weird and unusual are different things. Some girls will see your unusual attribute as unique and special, especially if it endears you because it's a secret from one of your friends.
Share a secret with her and hope she shares one with you (e.g., strike up a conversation starting with something along the lines of "Do you want to know a secret?" If she reciprocates then it shows she trusts you and knows you trust her. DON'T be disheartened if she doesn't share one back straight away, she will take your secret as a sign of your trust and this will build your relationship.
Don't be a fake.
Don't stand in the back and be quiet all the time, you'll look weird.
Always be careful and respectful with her

Warnings

If you have followed all the steps above and it didn't work, don't feel disheartened. Be proud that you made an effort and accept that it wasn't meant to be. If you decide to still be friends, don't be bitter if she moves on to a new guy.
Also, it says above that some girls like to talk about themselves- remember, some girls do. Some also would rather not have you obsessing about her hobbies, sports, etc. Be cool. Relate what she's saying to something about you, and then continue the conversation.
Remember to talk about yourself and your own hobbies etc. That way you come off as a good conversationalist and as a person with a life. DON'T hog the conversations though and be sure to LISTEN and find out about her too.
Every girl is different! Find out if she likes tattoos before you show her the skull and crossbones tattoo on your chest! (It's probably a bad idea to get a skull and crossbones tattoo on your chest (or elsewhere))
Never rush her or pressure her or show her a bad attitude.
Don't talk about her weight or ask her anything related to this subject. Even the girls with the most attractive bodies have insecurities. Even a comment intended as a joke could seriously hurt her feelings. Leave this subject alone. If she asks you about how she looks boost her confidence, tell her something nice or flirt.
At the same time, keep your own weight in check. Eat healthfully and work out. Don't go too crazy with the body building, but being toned never hurts. Watch out for skinny-fat (where you are skinny but flabby).
Girls love confident guys, but don't be cocky. A cocky guy turns girls off.
If you have problems with shyness, think of the most confident person you know and of what they would do in each situation. Don't be fake, just change your mindset.
Girls like that you care enough to buy them something. Don't go overboard and get flowers for her unless the time calls for it or she is very likely to think you did something wrong.
Some girls don't really know what to talk about with a guy so they might tend to talk about things you don't care about or go on and on about who said what. Don't be mean about it even though you're fighting boredom because it could have taken her a lot of courage to talk to you. Just show interest and change the subject to something more interesting, or politely exit the conversation.
Do not chew gum when talking to her. You should throw it away, if there are no trash bins, do not chew with your mouth open, pop, or blow bubbles.
Don't ever talk about sports unless she likes sports, and don't boast about how you beat this other person.
Never, EVER make fun of her. If the two of you are still only good friends, but you want to start dating, etc; then don't. Yeah, it would be funny if you said it to one of your guy friends, but It could be VERY offensive to her. And if you DO make fun of her, don't giver her the guilt trip and say "Oh, it's your fault your angry. I was just joking".
Don't ever raise your voice, to get a point across.

Womens getting moe appriciate by public

Women get more appriciate by public. Belief it or not. Ok! I give you a example of this topic. Think that a man has gone to the moon. All people will take him has a firsh human in the moon. And if then a woman goes into moon so people will take her as a first woman in the space. But if the woman goes into the moon first so people will take her as the first human in the space but than if a man goes into the moon so people will not take him as the first man in the moon but will take him as second human in the moon.
